He's been eligible for the Hall of Fame for 45 years now and  he's finally in.  University of Idaho great, Jerry Kramer who played in the NFL for the Greenbay Packers can finally rest easy as the final chapter of his NFL legacy has been written.  He is now and will always be officially known as one of the best to ever play the game.

The short list of Pro NFL players making it into the Hall of Fame this year was announced in Minneapolis where the Superbowl will be played this afternoon.  On that list was Robert Brazile, Ray Lewis, Brian Dawkins, Brian Urlacher, Bobby Beathard, Randy Moss,Terrell Owens and of course, Idaho's own Jerry Kramer.

Kramer's 82 years old now but remembers the glory days well.  He graduated from Sandpoint High School, packed his bags and headed for Moscow, Idaho in 1954 to play for the University of Idaho.  He was drafted by the Greenbay Packers in 1958 where he along with his team won five NFL championships and the first two Superbowls.
