Former Boise State defensive end DeMarcus Lawrence spent most of last year atop the NFL statistics for quarterback sacks. So much so his reputation was growing leaps and bounds as one of the best pass rushers in the NFL.

Today however Lawrence was snubbed by NFL analyst Willie McGinest who unveiled his list of the Top 10 Pass Rushers in the NFL.

Number one was Von Miller of the Denver Broncos. It really doesn't matter who numbers 2-10 are just important to note DeMarcus Lawrence wasn't among them.

Upon learning of the McGinest list Lawrence tweeted that he now has his motivation tweaked. Lawrence had 14.5 sacks last season with the Dallas Cowboys and 58 total tackles but never received a mention from McGinest.

Granted, Von MIller has stood the test of time averaging nearly 12 sacks a season as he enters his 8th campaign. The Super Bowl 50 MVP has certainly earned his lofty status but given what he accomplished last season, the former Boise State standout certainly earned the right to a mention.

Lawrence now has the motivation to earn his place in the NFL's list of top 10 pass rushers.
