Boise State men's basketball alumni Chandler Hutchison (Chicago Bulls) and James Webb III (Brooklyn Nets) both wrapped up competition at the 2018 MGM Resorts NBA Summer league this past weekend with their respective teams.

 Hutchison and the Bulls (2-3) ultimately fell in the second round of the playoff format while Webb III and the Nets (0-5) bowed out in a consolation game.

 Hutchison averaged 11.0 points, 7.0 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game all while finishing the five games second in the league in minutes played (162). He was second on the team in assists while also going 8-of-16 from behind the arc (50%) over the course of the two weeks.

 The Mission Viejo, Calif., native had his best game in a 95-83 win over the Dallas Mavericks (July 11) after finishing with 16 points, 11 rebounds and three assists for the double-double. He logged another well-rounded game against the Atlanta Hawks (July 10) with eight points, eight assists, four rebounds and one steal.

 Webb III was extremely productive over the course of the two weeks in Las Vegas, averaging 7.2 points and 6.2 rebounds while playing 18.8 minutes per game.

 A starter in four of five games, Webb III excelled against the Oklahoma City Thunder (July 7) and tallied 12 points to go with six rebounds. He also was active in the team's final game against the Indiana Pacers (July 13), filling the stat sheet with nine points, seven rebounds and two steals.
