The Idaho Vandals will be on the road Thursday night in Boise!

Okay, technically they are on the road but Thursdays Vandal double header basketball event featuring both the men and women's teams at Century Link arena in Boise will have a very homey Vandal feel.

The University of Idaho has a ton of alumni in the Treasure Valley and this is their chance to see the Vandals in action both men and women.

The Idaho men played at Western Michigan Monday night winning 82-52 with an impressive offensive domination. Idaho led 31-16 at half time and started the second half with an 8-0 run to eventually win by 30.

Victor Sanders led Idaho with 25 points while Brayon Blake added 19. Sanders canned six three pointers tying a season high.

Sanders is now 6th on the All-time Idaho scoring list passing Kyle Barone (1,433).

The Vandals will now face UC Irvine Thursday in Boise, tip off at 7:30 p.m. following the Vandal women's game who tangle with Eastern Washington.

If you can't make it you can hear the men's game right here on Sports Radio 630 The Fan pre-game at 7 p.m.
